Each project is different and has different requirements. We are committed to be as accommodating as possible in every situation and provide the following general guidelines for consideration. If you require arrangements outside of what's outlined below, please ask.
Design Services: Before being commissioned, the following shall be understood in the case of every project unless specified otherwise: Design Services are billed at an hourly-rate. Advance deposits are billed C.O.D. The balance then invoiced as per each agreement. Detailed billable-time sheets are available upon request and must be requested before a project has begun.
Rights and Usage: Rights and usage for each project will belong exclusively to e-zign Design Group and/or each contributor unless specified otherwise.
Speculative Projects: We will be more than happy to develop as many concepts as you'd like, as long as e-zign has been commissioned to develop the project to completion.
Archival of projects: e-zign digitally archives all projects we develop and retains these archives for one year. We will make files from project archives available upon request, as outlined in each project's rights and usage agreement.
Billing: All projects will be invoiced via email by pdf email attachment and billed C.O.D. upon completion. An e-zign application for 15 or 30-day credit terms is available and must be submitted by purchasing agent and approved. Credit terms may be revoked or changed at any time.
Credit terms:
Past-Due invoices will result in credit terms being revoked after 15 days past due. Production on any in-house projects will be halted for accounts with invoices more than 30 days past due. All invoices 45 days past due will be turned in for collection.
Addendum: These terms of service may be amended and/or changed at any time. Clients will be notified as to each point of change for review.
